I could not find any example configs for wminput so I'm posting mine. I have customized the configs for a few apps such as:
These configs are probably not going to be exactly what you want. Use them as a starting point. My philosophy has been to map native keys as much as possible. This has not worked in the case of video players and amarok. The volume controls conflict with each other. I have had to custom map keys in some apps more than others.
I use the Alt key to double the available buttons on some of the configs. I use the nunchuk only where it adds value such as non-accelerameter descent. (still working on wii accelerated descent)
